Exceptional customer service. Mike and Khi were both great to deal with. I purchased 2 x custom made memorial necklaces with a loved one’s ashes in them. We got to choose the stones, shape and chains. We are really happy with the necklaces and they are very special to us. They are not waterproof, so they need to be taken off for showers, swimming, etc- from my understanding it just isn’t possible to waterproof this type of jewellery. If you are interested in the same kind of memorial jewellery but want to know what to expect.. this is the general process: - Discuss with them what you are after, see how it will kind of look - Choose which stone you would like - They will order in the stone and send you a photo or you can go in to see if you are happy with it - Decide on the shape of the pendant and then get proper quote now that they know the stone type (cost varies) & bring in a small amount of ashes. - Wait for a call saying the jewellery is ready. - Choose necklace chain, pay and collect.I am pleased with their kindness and respect being an emotional jewellery piece to be made. Happy with the quality of the jewellery. Thank you Khi for making these for us and thank you both Mike and Khi for answering all of our questions and showing patience.

From selecting your diamond or coloured gemstone through to the final handcrafted piece, every stage of the process is completed with expert guidance and attention to detail. We source both natural and lab-grown diamonds, along with sapphires, emeralds, rubies and other precious gemstones through our trusted supplier network.

Most custom engagement rings are completed within three to five weeks from your initial consultation to collection, depending on your chosen stone and any design refinements. If you have a proposal date in mind, let us know during your consultation, as expedited timelines may be possible in some cases.

Can I use a family diamond or heirloom stone?

Yes. We specialise in resetting and redesigning inherited and heirloom stones into new custom settings, and can advise on the best design to suit your stones.

Do you repair jewellery in-house?

Yes. All jewellery repairs are completed in-house by our experienced jewellers at our Mount Lawley workshop. From ring resizing and chain repairs to claw re-tipping, stone replacement, polishing and jewellery restoration, your piece never leaves our care. Completing repairs in-house allows us to maintain exceptional quality control, provide faster turnaround times, and keep you informed throughout the repair process. If we uncover any additional work required during the repair, we’ll contact you first and provide clear recommendations before proceeding.

How long does a custom engagement ring take?

Most custom engagement rings take three to five weeks from your initial consultation through to collection. The timeframe depends on your chosen diamond or gemstone, the complexity of the design, and any design refinements made throughout the process.

If you’re working towards a proposal date or special occasion, please let us know during your consultation. In some cases, we can accommodate expedited timelines, depending on the design and material availability.

Can I choose my own diamond?

Absolutely. Choosing your own diamond is one of the most important parts of our custom design process. We’ll guide you through selecting the right diamond based on the 4Cs, cut, colour, clarity and carat weight, while helping you understand how each factor influences the appearance and value of the stone. We source both natural and lab-grown diamonds through our trusted suppliers and can also source coloured gemstones such as sapphires, emeralds, rubies and pink diamonds. Every stone is carefully selected to suit your design, budget and personal preferences.
