Exceptional customer service. Mike and Khi were both great to deal with. I purchased 2 x custom made memorial necklaces with a loved one’s ashes in them. We got to choose the stones, shape and chains. We are really happy with the necklaces and they are very special to us. They are not waterproof, so they need to be taken off for showers, swimming, etc- from my understanding it just isn’t possible to waterproof this type of jewellery. If you are interested in the same kind of memorial jewellery but want to know what to expect.. this is the general process: - Discuss with them what you are after, see how it will kind of look - Choose which stone you would like - They will order in the stone and send you a photo or you can go in to see if you are happy with it - Decide on the shape of the pendant and then get proper quote now that they know the stone type (cost varies) & bring in a small amount of ashes. - Wait for a call saying the jewellery is ready. - Choose necklace chain, pay and collect. I am pleased with their kindness and respect being an emotional jewellery piece to be made. Happy with the quality of the jewellery.
